OVTC Trimber Run With The Haasper's.

Date: Sunday, August 8th.
A drive through the Lanark County Highlands from Carleton Place to Ompah and back, ending up at the Haasper‚s, at 2481 6th. line of Beckwith, for a BBQ.

Sunday, August 8th. We‚ll meet at 10 am at the Canadian Tire parking lot in Carleton Place, just off highway # 7.

Please make sure you gas tank is full, as there‚re not many filling stations in this area.
Cell phones aren‚t working north-east of Balderson or north of the village of Lanark.

The drive is mostly paved, except for a few km of gravel road near Tatlock and on the way to the Palmerston/Canonto conversation area. Also on a small section of road at the Palmerston Highlands subdivision, leading to the rapids.

Directions to the Haaspers.
Directions: Coming from Ottawa on # 7, drive into Carleton Place.
In Carleton Place, turn left on # 15, going south [ in the direction of Smith Falls],drive through the village of Blacks Corners and now start looking on your right hand for the 6th. line Beckwith. Take a right on the 6th. line of Beckwith.
