OVTC About Us

The Ottawa Valley Triumph Club, founded in 1972, is a group of about one hundred enthusiasts in the Ottawa Valley (Canada) interested in preserving and enjoying all models of Triumph automobiles. Owning a Triumph is not a requirement for membership. The club tries to offer something for everyone. Best of all, however, is the spirit of friendship and camaraderie shared between enthusiasts of the Triumph marquee. Our events are never closed to non-members. Our calendar of events is in each issue of the Overdrive and can also be found in this web site. Pick out an event and come join us - we're looking forward to meeting you.

[Oct 28 2005] - Ladies & Gents, START your engines. Sunday October 30th 2005 we will run this puppy. Dress warm and prep yourself for a wonderful FALL TOUR! We will leaving from the Champlain Bridge 9AM be mindful of the time change this weekend. Click for details & driving instructions.

Fall Colours Tour Postponed.
[Oct 21 2005] - Good afternoon everyone, due to bad weather once again we are being forced to postpone the Fall Tour for another weekend. It looks like Saturday & Sunday will be cold, wet and windy.

We will try and run the event next Sunday Oct the 30th with the "Rain Date" Saturday Oct the 29th. Click for details.

Our hope is even if it is a little cooler, to get a enough of us out there to make the last OVTC run of 2005 a great one. So please do not store your classics yet and keep your eyes on the website and your email boxes for updates.

Fall Colours Tour Postponed.
[Oct 15 2005] - We have been forced to postpone the drive due to foul, wet disgusting weather. The Fall Sticks Tour will run next weekend, we hope. Stay tuned for details.

[Oct 14 2005] - The weather forecast for Sunday appears to be improving and we are still hoping to run the 2005 Fall Tour on Sunday October 16. Please check your email and the www.ovtc.net website for an update Saturday evening. If the weather turns bad the event will be postponed to the following weekend.

OVTC Election Night 25th Oct 2005.
[Oct 12 2005] - Note that we will NOT be at the Manordale community centre this month. Since the October 25 meeting is a special meeting for the elections, we will be at the Lorenzo's Pizzeria in the Nepean – Craig Henry area. The address is 3 Chartwell Avenue. It is in a small strip mall at the corner of Craig Henry and Chartwell. Our reservation is for 7:00 pm, and this is not too far from our regular meeting location.
