2024 Event Photos
Dart Tournament, 11 February
Great turn out at this year's dart tournament. Many thanks to Mike S and Chuck H for organizing and running this event. All the games were very close. In the end, two teams from the OVTC met in the finals, with Martin B and Mike G (Team Triumphant) managing to hold off Mark V and Guy V (Team 2 the Point) to claim the trophy. A big thanks to Kim R for taking the pictures.
35th Anniversary Drive and BBQ, 22 June
Well the weather did not cooperate, but it did nothing to dampen the spirits of those who participated in the drive and BBQ to celebrate the club's 35th Anniversary. It was so good to share the fun with our friends from the Toronto Triumph Club. Thanks to everyone who contributed to making the day a success and shared their pictures.
Club Meeting, 23 July
Good turn out of cars that included TR3, TR4A, TR6s, TR8s, and Spitfires. Mike S. gave a talk and demonstration of his eco-friendly, cost-effective rust removal process, and showed some of the pieces he had treated previously. Details on the process can be found in Mike's article.
Glengarry Highland Games, 2 August
Four cars from the OVTC attended the British car display at the Glengarry Highland Games ... three TR8s and one TR3. It was a very hot and humid day, but an enjoyable visit to the events and sights of the day.
2024 VRT Convention in Nashville, Indiana, 8-12 September

Merrickville European Classic Car Show, 22 September
Fantastic weather for the show and a really good turn out of a wide variety of new and classic European cars.
OVTC Christmas Party, 10 December
Another great Christmas Party at the Heart & Crown in Barrhaven. Many thanks to Lynda H. for making the reservation and buying the prizes for the lucky draw.
